Are you passionate about making a difference in your community and tackling complex social challenges?

If so, we invite you to join us in our 'Social Innovation Ecosystem (SIE) Builders Training' program designed specifically for GOs/NGOs and others.

Despite numerous programs and initiatives over the years, the social issues in Ethiopia persist. That's why we have developed a transformative training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to address the root causes of these problems.

Our goal is to produce thousands of SIE Builders who will create the Ethiopia Social Innovation Ecosystem (ESIE) in every kebele. As a SIE Builder, you may be referred to as a Nation Builder, State Builder, or Change Maker.

The training is identity and project-based, and it comprises four courses: Life Coaching, System Thinking, Social Innovation, and Design Thinking. You'll learn how to synergize your mind, body, spirit, actions, and words, as well as how to address system gaps and promote social innovation in the country.

Upon completion of the training, you'll become a trainer of trainers, with the goal of having at least one SIE Builder in each kebele. The training is flexible and can be completed in five days at a stretch or spread over several months.

The cost of the training is negotiable and free of charge for those who cannot afford it. For those who can afford Birr 10,000 per person.
